We ship worldwide however depending on your location, the shipping transit time may vary. Furthermore, the time required to prepare an order for shipping is up to 3 weeks after purchase, as it involves a lot of crafting stages and manual work. We give our best to perfect every detail prior to sending your order.

The transit time is usually as follows:

Europe: 5-7 working days

USA and Canada: 2-3 weeks

Rest of the world: 3-4 weeks

Your parcel can be tracked using the tracking number and link we provide after shipping. You can also use this universal tracking site www.17track.com

We accept both returns and cancellations.

In case you would like to return your parcel, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item has to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

A cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept exchanges.
